A Prayer a Day

10/28/10

The doing of living is being.

The truth of matter is relative and always in flux.

What reflects divine value is love.

Perceptions qualify our reality.

Kindness is the gravy at the table.

Mastery is a balanced use of life force.

A devotee of life surrenders to the dance.

Laughter is the best of medicines

for converting a warring moment.

Angry energy is often crying out for purpose.

Tears of prayers can soften hardened hearts.

Spirit is the tracker through the void.

Angels hover with us in the wild.

Silence calms the agitated soul.

A Prayer a Day

10/27/10

I suppose we shall never run out of things

to pray about nor dreams to envision.

And for those prayers that do get answered,

we raise our glasses high, year after year,

generation after generation.

Grateful to find in us the
stellar idea....the inspired solution.

Always growing even when there may appear
an illusion that we are standing still or going backwards.

Praying we collectively make wise choices so
sweet balance finds its home again in us.

Every petition of mistake
calls us to learn and correct.

The true nature of humanity wills to right herself.

Praying hatefulness to disengage its hold in us.

Praying the removal of blinding
 ego obstacles from our psyche.

As we nurture one another we shall flourishes.

Praying that we keep the ball rolling
and the fire burning .

Praying we fan the flames of genius riding strong
in the currents of love on the river of life.

Knowing in the now.... life is
forever in motion and each step a new.

A Prayer a Day
10/26/10

When life is rushing loud around me

And karmic fates conceived confound me

 I breathe with healthy malleability

I teethe imagination’s versatility

Heart and lungs keep me breathing

Inclined no longer ego seeding

Trusting faithful god believing

I AM the mystic path receiving

Love the mantle I AM weaving

"When I am Needed" Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

"Laguna's Johnny" Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day
10/24/10

I pray that I am able
to effectively respond to moments
in my life when I am needed,
whether comfortable or not,
with a degree of grace and a

modicum of even temperament.

Nature called my dog
to the outdoors today
at 6 AM and then

again at 8 AM.

(It all comes down to bodily fluids in the end,I say.)

I rose willingly, though encumbered
with rattled nerves,

having gone to sleep at 2 am,

my body was a wee bit off her game

I felt the depth of our loving partnership
and the camaraderie between me and my dog,
as I empathized with her stressful condition.

My point this day is... that I am grateful
to be of service, when being of service.

I feel wholesome when acting in purposeful ways,
being there for another living creature.

Be it  a dog, cat, human and /or any other vital being.

May I know what to do when genuinely needed.

May I proceed selflessly in the name
of compassion, not my ego’s satisfaction.

May I never neglect myself , but rather
find the balance between the calls of life
outside of me, and the call of spirit
within the depths of my heart.

May I live to be loving.

May I use my life force

 skillfully  for creative good purposes.

Deeply Respectful,

Rev. Mudra

" M and V ....Allies ...From Day One" Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day
10/23/10

May we wipe our karmic slates clean,
making an epic difference

for ourselves and all of humanity.

As each one of us wakes, the whole is uplifted.

Yes, we now....one at a time.... stepping through
time... will to celebrate the mystery of spirit.

What reason to be here... but to
know the flow of love that offers miracles.

Why bother to make trouble?

Why not join in hearts and put to rest our ignorance.

Pray we create in ways that are tremendously healing.

Pray we present with selves that are totally true.

May we never fear to be the souls we are.

May we let go of resentments and jealousies.

Let us make wish to quiet the riot of thinking.

May we focus our minds toward the sacred.

Praying this day for all of our brethren

and blessings this day for all of nature.

May we vibrate in holy partnerships
and honor the sanctity of  life.

Deeply Grateful,

Rev. Mudra

" China Star Fire " Marjorie Lipari©2005
A Prayer a Day

10/22/10

Praying we muscle the weakness of us,
harnessing wholeness and harmony.

Growing our minds flexibly open,
developing largesse of heart.

Inviting our music to breathe us and
dance us and heal us with rhythm and song.

Praying our life force flows vital and conscious,
correcting the beats we get wrong.

Walking the roads of transcended mystics,
with natural solutions to problems that come.

With light lifting us of each burden of mind,
and absolutes...dashing space...flashing time.

Living our love without hesitation.

 Praying our genius befriends inspiration.

Swaying despair away

Keeping god’s words in play

Day after day/ after day /after day

Transcending across the page

Invoking the golden age

Appearing the saint and sage

Opening cage/ after cage/ after cage/ after cage

Blazing aglow from here

Inspiring listening ear

Lessons of love made clear

Tear after tear/ after tear /after tear

Dissolving false demons and pride

Refining life’s game and its' ride

No longer on ego’s side

Truth practicing to abide

Glide after glide /after glide/ after glide

Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010"Along The Edges"

"Loving The Light Listening" Marjorie Lipari©2010

A Prayer a Day
10/20/10

As I watch myself closely this day,
I noticed I woke thinking my

feelings rough along the edges.

Lord knows what dreams

I dreamed through the night.

I scan my mind to review and release.

I smile in the mirror with my well-being in mind,
to encourage self care...to promote self love.

I go outside to walk my dog and to breathe

some fresh air, hoping to move my energies.

I cross the street and look back at my
building, casting my eyes upward toward the roof.

I see a- half- dozen birds perched,
witnessing the scene below....looking content... relaxed...self-assured,

indeed  acting at home in there feathery suits.

For some reason a very pleasant

feeling finds me, and I am  immediately

reminded that I am a part of a whole.

The moment connects and centers me and I
experience being on the roof and standing
on the ground, at the same time...integrating perceptions.

My heart expands and my emotions are lifted.

Thank you wing-eds. Thank you breath.

I pray this day for peaceful temperament
and the flexibility of wisdom in my perceptions.

Deeply Respectful,

Rev. Mudra

" The One " Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

Who Lit This ? Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day

10/19/10

Are we not all connected to the One ?

Are we not each expressions of the Nameless ?

Do we not hold seeds of the Infinite ?

Is not the whisper of the wisest of

voices forever informing our souls ?

Is there not refuge in the stillness of  listening ?

Do we not find gifts in this mortal drama  ?

Shall we not

 bare all

tell all

feel all

give all

 embrace

all

and

wholly know spirit ?

May we blossom and bloom

grow and resonate

act as angelic children

and create a divine garden of plenty.

May we truly and totally display our glory

discovering the simplicity in the innocent heart.

A Prayer a Day

10/17/10
Today is another opportunity to get it right
To see life with more clarity
To hear what others have to say
To soften footsteps
To stay conscious in action
To gather sensibilities
To discipline ego
To grow
To give To love
To harness intelligence
To inspire invention
To forgive
To accept what is
To accept what is not
To feel nature
To listen to the voice of the heart
To breathe in gratitude
To think new thoughts
To create something holy
To be yourself
To remember family
To take chances
To dance
To celebrate the unknown
To trust the unseen
To honor the miracles of existence

"Razor Sharp"Marjorie Lipari©2005
A Prayer a Day
10/16/10

Journeying inward
Beyond understanding
Trust is the key
The road to....I AM
Embracing the moment
Forgiving the nonsense
Spiraling pathways
Rainbows aglow
Glistening spirits
Praying in earnest
Mystical strollings
Gifts to bestow
Stillness bespeaking
It's the pause in-between
Where the one and the only
Lives the ALL to be seen

A Prayer a Day
10/15/10

What do you need of life the most ?

How do you ask for hands

of help when you are heavily burdened?

What is the nature of your being ?

What kinds of thoughts arise

in you when you are alone?

What nurtures your heart into fullness ?

What restores your spirit and brings you peace?

How do you maintain harmony with others ?

Are you present to every word you speak ?

How do you explore the mystery that is you ?

Pray you dance your inner silence ?

Pray you sing your body’s song ?

"Wisdom Shift" Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

"In This Moment I Consider" Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day

10/14/10

In this moment I consider and I pray.

I pray today for a wisdom shift in our thinking.

I pray that we refine our collective tools of relatedness.

I pray we calm our reactive passions,

refusing to resort to the use of ego’s toxic

 mean spirit-ed-ness in our exchanges.

May the interactions of our politics be upgraded.

May good sense and selfless intentions

be at the ground floor of all effort.

May habits that feed destructive and greedy

behavior be broken permanently, and nurturing

ways be incorporated into our political arenas.

Let us join hands today as compassionate

light carriers correcting our missteps

to invigorate our lives and our

 capacity to inspire and heal.

May we follow a road of peaceful

exploration and wonder.

May we soar beyond our mortal arguments.

And seek beyond our competitions.

May we know our wholeness.

Deeply Respectful,

Rev. Mudra

A Prayer a Day

10/13/10

It is amazing and moving when we

collectively act for the sake and well-being of others.

When the world gathers with body, mind

and heart to laser its  focus in selfless service,

a greater truth  is made obvious.

As is the case with this

Major- Miner -Miracle of rescue in Chile.

It is stunningly enlivening when we work together

with open hearts and minds and all our knowing,

with a purity of intention to help each other in times of need.

Today

I salute mankind

 witnessing the
REAL and TRUE
nature of the love
that we are.

May we remember this day and all other days like it,

and continue to integrate and demonstrate the god factor

that we possess.

Peace be among us as we thrive in our compassion.

Deeply Respectful,

Rev. Mudra
