Today I pray for those in need of healing prayer. 

Today I dance in celebration of all forms of life.

Today I encourage love and lovers.

Today I invite saints and angels to escort

 the lost, the lonely, the frightened, and the angry ones into the rivers of their own inner peace, to tread with dignity in the oceans of miraculous manifestation. 

May we all learn the proper use and power of our own life force, never to abuse anyone with our prowess.

Blessings now for all of humankind

on this day and all days.

My eyes fill up with water much too easily 

these days resonating with the sorrows of this world.

There seems to be a daily violation of the handbook of human kindness with actions tearing at its holy pages in unconscious abandon.

Wounded minds running destructively wild, forgetting all too often that we are pure spirit living in flesh…here to grow our love. 

Today I pray for this planet as a mother 

prays with a deep concern for her children. 

May humanity be guided to live in the land of no punishment nurtured in a garden of flowers and saints. 

May we be led by the light of reason

back into our original nature

of  peace and compassion.

Pray this day we come to our senses.

Are we not an intelligent species? 

Let us wake up and consciously prioritize, to

more than consider a total commitment to making

 the lives of people more important than material wealth. 

Let us focus our attentions on a generosity of compassion 

with open hearts, able to address fully human needs. 

We are more than our problems.

We are more than our impulses.

We are the solutions.

 We are the revelations.

We are more than our minds.

We are more than our flesh.

We have souls. 

We are spirits.

Let us this day call upon the light of 

all knowing alive within each of us.

The only place I can “make true” 

is within the heart and soul of me. 

I sit here watching, listening, musing,

 wondering to myself, just how I shall this day increase the lightness of my spirit,with so much “heavy” on this earth. 

Then I remind myself that 

“life….innocent life” is popping every second.

 

Babies are being born right this instant.

Genius is realizing , artist are manifesting,

 lovers are uniting ,planets are being discovered 

and someone is meeting the depth of themselves...illuminated in passionate bliss.

Birds are singing.... creating springtime nests.

 Trees are coming into fullness.

Nature’s colors are on display everywhere 

and soon more shall come to feed hungry eyes.

 I breathe…I pray…I say …. 

“Thank you god!” 

 “Thank you universe!” 

May I remain forever appreciative

 of the sacred seed of life.

Taking a position without creating 

higher flames of resistance, is a skillful art. 

Choosing to be a hand that feeds harmony

 into the light of differences, breeds wise solutions.

Trusting in an open heart is the best way to melt away fear.

Honing a flexibility of mind relaxes the rigidity of fixed beliefs.

Facing self with greater acceptance to seek

 an unveiling of the hidden aspects of the psyche, grows the soul.

 Thank rainbows and stars 

Thank miracles and mystery 

Thank the guardian angels that work 
over time...all the time

Thank the rivers and the lakes and the oceans

I admit I become 

cantankerous “at times” 

When I am not chosen 

When I do not have the answers

When I don’t like how I look 

When I am not noticed

When I am at odds with another's will 

 When I can’’t have what I want

When I am left out

When I am asked to do

 what I do not wish to do...feeling obligated 

When past transgressions I could swear

 I had forgiven myself  for, once again 

loom before me…bringing me down...subtly condemning me

Ah! This human ego…mine….is its' 

own stubborn warrior.!!!

Today I up the ante with my 

light-carrying, spiritual warrior self 

 to kindheartedly, lovingly and consciously 

kick butt with my unconscious shadow 

making friends with her.... restoring self - acceptance
