stepping out of the box 

Giving up your knee-jerk reactions 

Putting to rest your bad habits 

 Letting go of your fixed perceptions

Inviting the unknown into your heart 

Living with your mind open and free beyond what you already have stored in the back of it 

Allowing empty space to take up 
some room in your reality

Trusting the truth available in the unseen

Listening into the depths of your soul

Practicing to uncover your spirit’s purpose

Then journey on light carrier

Encourage your sacred river of  joy to 
ripple with vitality.
