A Prayer a Day

Belief can be a thief...an oh so artful bandit
Belief can rob all good sense from possibility
Belief is subjective and should
never be imposed upon another
 Belief aught to remain fluid and
respectful of each turn in the road
Belief aught to lift us, open our eyes
and fuel us for life and love
If it destroys
 If it imposes
If it bullies
If it steals hearts and minds
If it is born of ego and fear, it aught to be reconsidered
Let it be so..that we muse upon the subject of belief!
