Oh how tender… how raw… my heart does beat
As the sweetness of memories resurrect
Rolling in on honey waves of feelings
yesterdays’ touch flooding my mind
rushing my body, stirring my senses
Long ago visiting
unannounced, though
still a welcomed guest
Arriving suddenly on currents
of dreams and visions
yearnings and longings
Tweaking the needs of my soul
Holy days gone by widen my eye
I Am that I AM
grateful here and now
for every day for every day
And for every moment flown away
