It feels good to say yes
Yes I will
Yes I can
Yes I would be honored to
It feels also balanced and correct in me
to be able, when it is rooted in my truth, to say no
I am strong …but certainly not invincible
Knowing when I can or cannot do something,
either because I am unable, unskilled, do not want to
lie just to please or because it goes against my inner guidance
Having the freedom to say yes
Having the freedom to say no ….
Indeed keeps me in balance…Keeps me wholesome,
Has me speaking my truth
