A Prayer a Day

I would venture to say,
life holds a wee bit of challenge
on most days, for any and all.
With that said, I recommend summoning
up patience, trust , more than a dab of fearlessness,
self exploration and self acceptance, kind heartedness, gratitude,
and a generosity of spirit.
Also honing and exercising
your creativity and uniqueness.
Giving lots of love and hugs.
Spending time (real time )with nature.
Telling the truth and having the soulful muscle
to be yourself in any and all circumstances.
And of course, staying loyal to friends,
for are they not but divine gold!
