When we cannot find
peace of mind
When we cannot hear
god’s melody
When we cannot see
beyond ourselves
When it seems
we’ve lost our way
The simplest thing that we can do
In stillness pray us pure and true
For everyone to make it through
Lifting spirits higher
Raising angels’ fire
Building lives of love together
Footsteps gentle light as feather
Hearts unlocking sacred vaults
Forgiving all emotion’s faults
Embracing truth and ancient knowing
Surrendered egos divinely growing
