A Prayer a Day

Laughter is an invitation of life.
A stimulating boost to the well being
of humankind that calms the waters rough,
in the ever flowing growing of the collective soul.
Laughter is essential, keeping the
engine-breath juiced and running.
May we bare loving-laughing-hearts ,
and playful visions off the
walls of our imaginations.
Let us teach our minds
to choose the divine of comedy.
Let us avail ourselves to the opportunity
of levity, filtering our perceptions.
Let us realize the humanity of humor
and the humor in our humanity.
And as we ride the waves of mortal paradigms
(experienced all too often a raw-bone-harshness, not at all funny),
let us lift the temperament of our efforts with the
intermittent healing-consciousness of laughter.
And the laughter of humanity brought
the angels and angels delighted in response.
