Grateful to be alive
to be seeing the light of day
To be walking through the beauty of nature
hearing the sounds of the children playing
and the birds singing and the dogs barking in the park
To have the way with all to think,
create and communicate
with my dear dear friends
who keep me sane... for their
companionship and loyalty
All in all I feel the energy of the goddess
within me and I shall stay true to spirit
forever and beyond the day that I step
through the veil
