Praying
the grace of flexiblity
in body, mind and spirit.
Each and all
aspiring to flow freely
within the here and now.
Skillfully dancing with
the truth of the matter.
Facing the moment before us.
Looking what's so... In the eye.
Knowing this can mitigate suffering.
Calling upon
our better angels
to inform our responses.
Together embracing this reality
and the breath of mortal capacity
to dive into life with courage,
wisdom, creativity and love.
