"Scent of Memories"

A Prayer a Day
10/01/12
Another first day of the month rolls in that has never
been here before nor will she ever be here again
save for the scent of her memory.
What shall we wish for ?
What shall we do ?
Will we step into this day
with a wisdom of heart
or the madness of ego ?
Each hour of every day
we live … we choose
Our words ,our dreams and all that we act upon.
And so there is a freedom in this choosing.
And we have a given responsibility
to ourselves, to our soul's command
to others, and to the well being
of this diamond of a planet.
We innately know there is weight to
our individual thinking and doing that
matters profoundly in the mortal game change.
Then is it not our duty as a part of the whole
(each one of us unique onto ourselves),
to contribute to an awakening
as harmlessly as is humanly possible
by ordering our priorities in the name
of our eternal everlasting spirits.
