With the gift of love that vibrates here
And despair has been a guest of mine
She’s held me near from time to time
Gladness I’ve felt through and through
Sadness clearly I’ve known her too
Practice daily ego dying
Practice daily spirit flying
Up up up
Down down down
Days of lost
Days of found
Just let it be
Wise ones pray
