What leads a heart to hurt another ?
What walks a mind on pathways to bully and to bash?
What has a body cast his brother/sister into the abyss ?
What madness pleasures in the sight of another's fall?
Why this constant imbalance of the mortal psyche
Why so many, many instances of insane behavior ?
Oh Great Holy Mother of Us All
we pray for a healing of the collective and for the stability
of every individual breathing, and for an absolute cessation
of violent-aggressive-inclinations
toward others physically,
mentally and/or spiritually.
In your light may you guide our hands.
May we learn on the deepest soul levels, finally,
how vital and necessary it is for us to live
balanced in peaceful harmonious communion.
