Words can lift or devastate 

Words can clarify or utterly confuse

Words can open doors or lock them

Words can warm hearts or freeze them

Let us choose the words that heal

 Words that restore 

body/mind /heart and soul 

that make us feel alive and loved

Mindfully this day, may we 

use the words that grow us and flow 

us on pathways of purposeful,

 creative living and giving

The older I get the more I appreciate each step I take. 

Each day I move through time I remind myself 

of the divine energy surrounding all of us.

As my heart beats on and on

 I am grateful for her strength, loyalty and grit.

It takes courage to live true to oneself.

It takes a bold spirit to grow old.

I am one with the Holy Spirit of the Mother

 and I bow to the all of nature this day.

I pray we as a species find our way back to the garden.

Praise be the saints walking this planet.

Grace upon all my brothers and sisters and others.
