Recalling in this 

moment a sense memory

 of running with my boxer dog

in joyful abandon across 

an open field …. A happy kid

Not a worry in the word

Playing all day, all day, all day

Long ago and far away,

 far away, far away

Oh me Oh my

I’m loving this

 life of mine 

though

it is 

so very different

Now I race across that 

field with my dog, only in my dreams 

Feeling lucky to be dreaming at all

Ode to the

 treasure/ pleasure 

of holy imagination

Inspiring my body/mind

Gifting me with visions of the spheres

Music coming to me on the breath of spirit

Goodness gracious!

I now sing and play it

As I hear it
