Being human I heard me say
Who am I ?
Who am I ?
The many ways my mind has basked
The many years that I have asked
The question speaks newborn each time
As I live the day
As I make the climb
Reaching for life’s truest meaning
With the hand of spirit intervening
And while I’m here
What shall I do ?
But realize the me of you
And why not love more ?
Convert my fear
Open heart’s door
The answer’s clear

The Universal Masters.

Let the light of a new dawn in on you.

to walk their sacred

We all have dreams at night.

And some of them repeat themselves until we get whatever is the message.

A common scenario for example, could be that the dreamer does not have the name of nor do they

 know where the hotel is that they have been staying at, finding themselves lost 
 somewhere on a strange road perplexed,
  in exaggerated effort trying to work it

out to get back to familiar safe ground.

And then there is that dream presenting itself as
an impossible task, that has the dreamer wondering
 “Why am I being asked unprepared to perform in a play
I have not rehearsed nor have I been given
the opportunity to even see a script?”

Never the less they say, "Yes!"

Isn’t life like that ? 

None of us have the script of  life,
yet we step into situations sight unseen all the time,

willing to carry the ball well enough, though sometimes we do drop it,
because we are human and we do not know everything.

In fact that’s what gives life its snap, wouldn’t you say? 

The challenges, the trials and errors and the not knowing.

It is only the ego that has little tolerance for error and  for not knowing.

Today I pray we have the emotional and mental muscle to actively move

forward in life with willingness to take on whatever shows up in front of us.

Let's summon our trust and prime our  faith in listening to our intuition

and the grace of spirit that resides in the wellspring of our beings.

May we face the truth showing itself to us in every script-less moment we live,

with sharper attention for hearing more clearly the deeper calls of life,

honing in us through practice, sacred skills for the manifestation of miracles.

There are lots of reasons to be grateful.

There are many ways to express our love.

 Selflessness is beyond all satisfaction.

When walking one’s talk, I recommend proper shoes.

Aim the arrows of your hearts’ desires with a relaxed and inspired mind.

Offer only the real of you.

Your compassion.

Your affection.

Your total attention.

The touch of your kindness.

The truth of your love.

May we learn how to be free spirited.

May we each find our sanctuaries.

May we stroll the light paths of  inner ecstasy.

May we grasp to share the wisdom of our ancient souls.

May our lives together harness grace.

May we drink from sacred waters.

May we remember innocence.

May we echo our divinity.

Bless those who dedicate their lives to the well-being of others.

Praise to the generous of spirit and to every light  carrier moving across this earthly terrain. Let us invite divine practice into our homes.

May we each have at least one kindhearted, clear headed and

courageous ally close by when we are most in need.

It is our natural tendency to extend a hand when circumstances

 are such that the need for assistance is made obvious.

May we be reminded that there is goodness afoot every where

around us, vibrating in the hearts of many a man and woman.

Let us stand steady in our faith and our trust of each other.

At our core we have been given the seeds of divine intelligence.

Let us grow this intelligence into all our worldly matters.

May we keep our imaginations oiled so as to bring our visions

into useful manifestation.

There is much yet for humanity to experience.

Let us be excited for the opportunities coming.

May we keep our focus in each moment of now,

 and aspire to raise our minds’ motivations toward a horizon of healing.

 Let us pay our attentions to what is vital and true in us and let go the attributes of addiction in the wastelands of illusions and falsehoods.

Let us train our collective ego allowing our sacred selves to be in charge.

I pray today for the sad and lonely beings all over this world.

For those walking lost with no destination,

who have nothing, nothing... and no where to go. 

For all those disconnected with no hope

whose hearts have been severely broken.

I pray for the ones who rage in deep pain and states of utter lovelessness.

I pray for the littlest ones whose parents are locked

inside of themselves, who are victims of ignorance and fear.

 I pray for all who have lost their reason to believe in themselves.

I pray that humanities visions are holy

persuaded toward more lucid realms of perception.

I call to the listening of the ancient wise ones, to send your angelic  influences into this moment of time and space to please assist us

in the healing of our mortal thinking and our mortal doing.

May we collectively initiate our intentions with kindness and creative imagination for the enlightenment of mankind and for the survival of this all too important planet…Our Mother Earth.

May my ears hear more clearly spirit’s requests this day.

May I keep seeking in me a path of purposeful action.

May I refine my skill sets in all

dealings with the personal realities of others.

May my heart’s intelligence expand to affect in healing ways.

May I attract positive results into my world

and be generous with any good fortune.

May I build a deeper trust moving through realms of the unknown.

May my faith in the sacred unseen increase within me to inspire.

May I muscle up to mortal uncertainties and the

unexpected of life with flexible backbone and grit.

May I be holy useful to others.

Today I face my inner shadow with compassion

and strengthen my weakest link in the light of truth.

A Prayer a Day

I was out on a personal mission this late morning

 and I came upon a Bernese Mountain dog named Stella.

She was beautiful and lovingly friendly.

So too was the woman walking her.

I said to the woman “They really heal our hearts, don’t they.”

She agreed and I thanked her for allowing me to enjoy

Stella’s canine graceful energy for a few moments, then I walked on.

I noticed immediately that there was a young bull dog ahead of me
who kept turning around making it obvious to his owner that he wished to say hello. 

He did a fabulous wiggle dance to let me know he was more than happy to be alive
and just as glad to meet me, then he and his owner said goodbye and entered into their apartment building.

 I thought to myself , these critters have

the art of soothing souls down to an exact science.

My spirits were very much lifted from both these exchanges.

I thank the powers that be and the hands of creation for the

saintly animals that come into our lives, seamlessly and selflessly

to restore and expand our heart’s capacity for love and joy.

May humanity realize itself  to be gentler and more caring

towards every beast of the land.

Oh!! And the kittens on the sofa !!!!

Today I forgive all my life’s trespasses.

 Every time I lost my temper to my impatience.

Every time I assumed I knew better.

Every time I stopped listening to my heart.

All the ways that I ignored my inner guidance.

 Every time I separated from my good sense.

All the ways in which I let slip by precious hours for lustful wanting.

All the times I refused the love presented me.

Every time I behaved with loveless action.

All the times I let my ego rule.

Every destructive word that I’ve committed to.

Every mean spirited thought I’ve ever had.

I forgive myself for ever hurting any one.

I forgive myself for offending my own soul.

 Today I pray repair for any harm that has been done.

Today I intend to walk a clearer path of light.

 Today I pray to hone a deeper deeper sight.

My mortal journey I do not take for granted.

This life I live I know holds sacred purpose.

Today I turn towards the holy reasons I am here.

When your heart is feeling all too heavy

remember love can lift you like a feather.

When your mind is more than all mixed up, let the
desire of your heart....impassion you to realize whether.

When life seems hazy and body’s sad and lazy, 

your spirit can dance you clear out of crazy.

When you’ve lost someone you love and you can’t locate a smile

let compassion take your hand in comfort and hold you like a child.

If you ever need to be encouraged caught in deep despairing,

may inspired angels travel you into sacred holy daring.

Healings to the thoughts you think.

As light reveals her missing link.

Wisdom in each breath you take.

Joy for every choice you make.

It’s  a wonder how our senses know

We really dearly wish to glow

Coming out we sing aloud

With lyrics sung spirit’s avowed

As wisdom speaks the heart grows reason

Bearing  gifts earth’s change of season

And light lays passage for humankind

And holy arms hold us through time

In some ways we shall leap through fire

All souls shall master time’s retire
