"Pink Love"Marjorie Lipari©2010

                                       A Prayer a Day
                                               11/30/10

                     Angelic whisper shake loose humanity

Vibrate to home oh spiritual sanity

Back from the wilderness

Make way our return

Out of the darkness

Alchemical yearn

Today let us pray

Truth rule the day

Light show the way

Peace come to stay

Hearts open doors

Love stop our wars

"How Fast is Fast"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

"Fertile Good Purpose" Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day

11/29/10

At this moment we are all sharing

particles new, old, past, present, and the future

feels to be coming literally into us faster and faster.

Tomorrows becoming our yesterdays

almost before we get there.

What is it that moves our days....and our rivers rapid ?

Has our mortal perception altered the

measurement of experience, or is the

ALL moving with that much more celerity ?

I pray an accuracy addressing the mystical world.

I pray a clarity and sensibility utilizing tools of spirit.

As we ride on the speed of time may we notice

to correct our egos’ encouraging us toward self-serving motivations, or the contamination of our emotional behavior,

and place effort to reroute ourselves onto a collective path

of conscious actions and intentions.

As this life precious appears moving

fast past light speed, pray we better serve

our time here acting in  fertile good purpose.

Pray we grasp to grace our sacred reasons

and the holy meanings flying us through this reality.

Steady shall we be in this accelerating velocity.

"Beauty Reflecting"Marjorie Lipari©2010

A Prayer a Day

11/28/10

Behold the day has opened its' doors.

Go through the curtains of now to the other side of

where you have not yet been and relish in the new of things.

What grace is there to be seen in the eyes of another’s light.

What whispers of genius shall be exchanged

to flourish in the wake of shared breaths.

Be bold today.

Allow each instant to beg your full attention.

Only wish to master the magic of this moment.

Play your game of life with love.

Tell your story with an adventurous abandoned truth.

Let your world live to act as a compassionate offering.

Leap and fly your joy.

Carry your beauty as a refection of an innocent heart.

A Prayer a Day

11/27/10

To say the right thing at just the right moment.

To catch the glass bowl before it hits the deck.

To on some days give what you’ve got

on the spot with no expectation for returns.

To hold loyal the circles of friendship.

To ride steady sudden chariots of  fire.

To bake good bread.

To serve someone elegantly, with kindness.

To compassionately appreciate others' needs.

To tame the offspring of your shadows’ shadows.

To walk with grace the roads of time.

To choose love every second.

To own your own errors.

To return to your innocence for wise instructions.

To seek peace.

To live in subtle calm.

To honor where you’ve come from.

To stay open to your unknown beyond.

Bless all human footsteps.

Bless the voice of spirit.

"Alive Alive Oh"Marjorie Lipari©2010
A Prayer a Day

11/26/10

A good day's work

A good night’s rest

Love made the grade

Love aced the test

Oh loyal friends

Oh gentle lovers

Built sacred homes

Housed sisters/brothers

Mystics  uncovered

Masters  discovered

Intentions were bona fide

All actions were dignified

We fed the hungry

We lifted the poor

We chose compassion

We walked through the wholly door

"Thanksgiving" Marjorie Lipari©2010

A Prayer a Day

11/25/10

While you my heart keep steady beats

And gods sweet lungs breathe mortal time

Oh mind I hear you thinking me

 searching for that perfect rhyme

While brain conducts my body’s systems

moving all ten toes,  finding smells to tease my nose,

inhaling air, living here...come now love you may impose

I am thankful for this apartment’s lease

My daily practice /My inner peace

My dog /My cat

My heart’s release

I am thankful when an innocence reveals to me what’s true

And more than grateful when Mother Earth carries in the new

I am thankful  for every year I'm living

May I continue strong

I’m thankful for

The months

 The seasons

And for every

 sacred

dawn.

A Prayer a Day
11/24/10

And so I pray

A prayer a day

Humbled to write

Ethos of second sight

Privileged to visit thee

Touching the soul of me

Nurturing journey grows

All that my spirit knows

I drop in

I travel far

To rest upon

Celestial star

Glowing there so thoroughly

Celebrating Mystery

Time spinning moments spent

Mortals tracking gods' ascent

Forgiving all and every scratch

Kindness flames the sacred match

Enlightened pray we all can see

 Oh precious mankind

It's meant to be

A Prayer a Day

11/21/10

We sit to watch the river ‘s flow

wondering now where it will go

Praying things fare better for humanity

We sit to calm our activation

Past vestigial hesitation

 Leaping into silence

Sky diving through the openness of sacred

Clearing the debris of past destruction

 Focusing toward holy realms’ production

Refining dining satiating spirit

Gentle voice of mystery

Praying saints we hear it

A Prayer a Day

11/20/10

I am watching my fingers moving across

the keyboard and I am brought to remember

my life is a miracle.

Listening into the sounds of now, I am awed

by the capacity of my ears to hear.

My being is beholding to the beauty of this morning.

My mind is working, thinking, creating,

 planning, scanning my breath’s potential.

What wonder there is in each moment’s reality.

My heart is beating for the millionth time.

Wow!

What muscle, what prowess
hosts this beating drum of me.

I dive as often as I can into the void, to bring

back feathers of truth to be placed on the

 altar of my heart’s desires.

May the sacred be made manifest for all of humanity.

May the dark of the mystery be

brought into the light of day.

May love be the river we swim,

the water we drink, the reason we are,

the arms we return to.

"The Natural of Things"Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

"A Saint Sleeping" Marjorie Lipari ©2009
A Prayer a Day

11/18/10

Out on the street today about four of the tiniest of birds
held their ground feasting on their delights,

while my dog and I stood very near them
and they did not attempt to fly away.

They were wholesomely secure in their trust of us
and were not in the slightest bit bothered
by... we... their audience.

I dropped into myself for a second to check on the
quality of my own energy, and as I stood there

I realized I was in a gentle state of being.

Apparently I was emanating a harmlessness
as my dog was being her usual saintly self.

Steady and even...that’s the trick of it.

Kind and tender....that’s the brick of it.

I walked away thinking to myself
how delightful life is when the

simple and natural states of being are accessed.

How healing it is to find oneself in moments of wholeness.

My prayer for this day is that we together wake to live
more in the most natural of ways, unearthing the qualities
of our true nature, tapping our divine aspects and

recognizing our potential as golden seeds for sacred living.

Let us this day celebrate being human beings

with full intention to live in conscious harmony

with the nature of ourselves and with all that is natural.

"Pleasing to the Eye" Mystical Philosophy/A Prayer a Day©2010

"Pleasing to the Eye" Marjorie Lipari©2007
A Prayer a Day

11/17/10

Leaves are pleasing

Easing season’s restlessness

Sunlit sparklers

Lifting  shifting

Sailing  spinning

Floating twirling

Dancing down

Lacing softness

Upon the ground

Canine measure

Scents of pleasure

Color carpets

Nature’s treasure

Swelling breezes colossal teases

Grandstand gesturing the god of wind

And grace does bring her morning sun

Light to free

Day to run

Waking up

Each to all

All as one

Through the ages

What stellar stages

That we’ve set

That we’ve dared

That we’ve willed

Yet.........to act upon

Listening still,

Rev. Mudra
