She is no saint...though she promises

 to live her life intending no harm,

doing her best to keep her balance 

staying in listening mode.

Determined never never to abandon spirit, 

trusting spirit shall never abandon her.

Doing her best to ally with her humanity, 
staying on the mark and correcting her

trajectory when she has

 gone wildly off course.

Loving this earth and the privilege 

of walking on solid ground.

Being wholly grateful exploring 

the pleasures and treasures of this 

incarnation reverential to the 

miraculous trilogy of 

body, mind and spirit.
