Melt away your hate
Trade in your desperation
and invite the creative flow
Live your life to give as much as you can
Open your mind to receive
what your soul needs for growth
Love and then love some more
Swim in the river of truth
Drink the wine of self-realization
Love your brothers and sisters
even when you think you don’t like them
Treat animals and all of nature as precious
Promise harmlessness all the days of your life
Forgive the sleepwalker
Offer your hand in kindness
Give your heart’s attention to the sacred
