for many things

To be braver

To be more loving

To have more courage

To be more compassionate

To recognize when I am needed

To honor the intelligence of my heart

To act with good judgement

To be dynamically kinder 

To meet the truth with flexibility

To think  creatively on my feet 

when facing the unexpected

To trust my intuition

To listen to the voice of spirit

To ever so deeply hear it

Perception is a tricky thing 

Dogs to bark 

Bells to ring 

Songs of lark

Voice to sing

The postman brings the mail 

Some angelic ones for years in jail 

Life is but a dream … a dream

A journey on a rainbow beam

Some dreams are instructions clear

Some dreams seem a holy nightmare

I pray this day to see to feel

To seek to know in this world what’s real

Oh heart my heart 

Oh spirit will 

To see what’s real

Takes humbled skill

I was born a twin. I had the good fortune to travel for many years along side a truly divine male child, who grew to become a very conscious and loving adult. 

He died in 1997 and I miss him everyday. 

What I want to say about this ,is that none of us were meant to be on this planet to only think of ourselves. We are connected to each other dynamically and vitally. 

I learned from the beginning that I was not

 “the only one.” 

I learned to share and care for 

“the other.”

 Life is all about relationships

Our job on this planet 

is to honor and love each other

It is imprinted in the human heart

And inspired by sacred spirit

When I am thirsting, I have drink 

Never shall I take that for granted

When I am curious, I have freedom to explore

I steadfastly remain grateful for that freedom

I have food and clothes 

I have the comfort of shelter

Amen Amen

I have friends 

who sincerely love

 me and care for my wellbeing

I treasure these relationships

And Oh Lord

I have been given 

creative inspiration to

express the truth of my soul 

and  the visions of my heart

I thank spirit everyday for

sensibility, sanity and clarity of mind

Daily I call upon the divine muse within 

that I may manifest and bring forward

the gifts given to me…to sow

as my offering and to humbly

 place upon the altars

 of divine aliveness

I do not always know where I am headed 

on this chosen road I travel, and most times 

I don’t mind.  I enjoy discovering and

 exploring new ways and new horizons.

But there are those precious, very precious

human moments, when intimate routine and  the oh so familiar carries with it a true sense of belonging and golden experiences of  being genuinely cared for, that matters beyond the beyond.

It is when life feels to me the most wholesome.

Love and kindness and understanding being shared by family, friends, and loved ones, 

Nothing does compare.

I am grateful to every loving  person in my life and I hold them in my heart for they are an essential part of my humanity.
