Mortal are those moments
when my mind troubles me
to escape my emotions and
the challenges placed before me.
Blessed be my heart, as she rallies
in the aliveness of such moments
with all its sacred sensations,
soulful lessons, rhythmic vibrations
and godliness of purpose.
Praise be the spirit
that lifts me into each moment with
holy strength and conscious courage
to live without resisting the truth
nurtured by the royal roots
of wholeness
