The room stilled

 then filled with a soft

 lime green hue

My heart took a turn

 toward a lush healing modality

My mind was peaceful

 and my body well aware

 of her wholeness

With each inhalation

 I moved closer to a whisper  

into the truth that lives within me 

Beyond all dreaming

 I was more awake than ever

Inspiration rode in on oxygen

And love began again perceiving

Dive into the unseen flow
Be braver than you THINK you are
Go far and find your inner star
Be it smooth
Be it tough 
Be it calm 
Be it rough
Stillness puts you in the groove
Each silent moment is approved  
Sit ’til free
Discover thee
Let your heart shine bright the light
As spirit guides your holy flight

Who among us raises battles against the flow of human nature and why?

Who among us is threatened by that which is natural in us 

and why ?

Who among us clings so vehemently to fixed beliefs of behavior

 and man made moral codes that do not serve the whole and why?

Does anyone among us own the soul of another?

Does anyone among us have sacred authority to impose

 what one can and can not do, 

how one should or should not live,

or who one should or should not dare to love?

Attempting to control the morality of others 

ultimately can and often does crush the very seeds of inspiration and wholesome impulses that are needed for us to choose ultimately in ourselves our own moral paths. 

Let us this day still ourselves to commune with the living spirit that is us,

 remembering we came into being to breathe deeply in love and as love with sacred wings spread wholly and open hearted.

May we be gentle.

May we be harmless.

May we live true.

Let love breathe eternal in everyone.

May we recognise life
 as our supreme opportunity to increase
 the currents of love  in our human hearts
and to upgrade our resonating beloved souls.

May we permit our spirits to be masters whose
only intention is to manifest in us the Divine.

May we be light bearers and message carriers
seeking to spread compassion.

May we daily walk into the treasures of silence with gentle
 footsteps to journey the wise and holy roads.

May humanity remember its roots of truth
that we are the seeds of miracles.

I pray for the deepest understanding 

of  life and for compassionate reasoning. 

I pray to act from the vibrations of holy heart, 

 motivated by spirit’s-desire to create what is needed in this world. 

I pray to know exactly what to let go of  and what 

to hold on to that perpetuates with innocence divine manifestations.

 I pray to never turn my back on love nor refuse to be loving.

I pray to forgive my own ego and to call upon the light 

 within to shine far and wide with soul’s 

wisdom to inspire. 

I pray to be gentle and courageously harmless.
