She chose him
He chose her
Embraced they were the perfect purr
Until one day the heat was gone
Mind and bodies no longer drawn
Carelessly they let it fall
Out of favor tumbled all
Disappointed gods of love
Disregarding what was real
Discord grew...and they were through
A good life lived for every person
Never ever to assume
We do our best when open-hearted
We need to give each other room
Kindness, charity, trust and clarity
Lovers come outwit polarity
