 Giving no effort to controlling
Allowing thoughts to flow
Witnessing without judgment
Floating in dynamic silence 
Inviting the wisdom of the sacred 
Releasing again and again
Lifted on the waves of breath
Traveling the mystic path of spirit

There are few of us who do not at some point
 in this life capitulate to the will of a graceful heart.

We all want to be loved-seen, 
heard and touched with sincerity,
 comforted, supported, acknowledged
 and guided when we steer off course. 

We each were born…i’d say….with a 
unique capacity to contribute.

 All it takes… i’d say…  is sacred attention. 

All it takes…i’d say… is holy intention. 

Harmlessness…..pray be our code.
Compassion….pray be our key.

What shall we ask for ? 

What manifesting monologues shall

What paradigms shall we carry forward? 
With what intentions are these roads we shall pave?

Where shall our musings lead us?

How many of us hear the call of spirit ?
How many of us feel the love of source?

What miracles shall we through our earthly seasons birth?

Shall we not be joining hands now
 turning to reveal the pages 
of sacred insight ?
