There are necessities in life

Oxygen and water, for example 

are needed, clean and available

 for all species living and breathing

Love is essential for the heart and the body 

and the mind to be wholesome and thriving

Touch is vital in order to feel alive and human

Kindness is the medicine of the soul

 and very affective when ministered daily

And as we each listen to that quiet and ever

 so soft voice within, we’ll find the very solutions to each problem and mortal challenge presenting, that can be addressed with a bit of muscle, determination, courage, imagination and the willingness to face the truth together

And on the menu of a good life is our capacity 

to always be grateful for every moment given

May the divinity of angelic light be exchanged

 among all sentient beings

There is always an ending

There is always a beginning 

Then more and more endings

Then more and more beginnings 

Coming into 2020

The holy cycles of life

The struggles the strife

The love and the light

The sun filled days 

The moon lit nights

The harmony needed

The kindness seeded

Halting the fights

Humanity's sanity 

To the left /To the right 

Reaching to spirit...toward the divine

Praying for consciousness 

Oh a collective woke mind

May peace prevail on this good earth  

Healing all souls of spiritual dearth

As we cycle through 

Sacred space Sacred time 

May the god/goddess mystery blessedly unwind

How might I offer prayer this day? 

To whom and for what holy reason?

I stop to consider the state of this reality we share together, 

and in spite of the harsh and challenging obstacles placed before us,

 by some misguided wounded ones,  still… is there not a grace…is there not

 a divine wave of collective care ripping, with a sacred passion through the air! 

And so with humble seeds of fertile prayer, in the name of the goddess

 I invoke the consciousness of all consciousness to inspire humanity

spirit to spirit…heart to heart...

 toward paradigms of love...into gods light

thus healing the soul of this world

I am so very happy to have

 been born a mortal with a sacred menu of feelings 

Able to embrace the openness and energy 

of the human heart and being-ness

I have

(time after time) 

experienced the inherent 

goodness of sisters and brothers

 everywhere, who sincerely wish to give of themselves 

Happiness is a gift of the giving hand 

I’d say ... IAM here to play 

May 

I learn 

each day 

how to give more

 (from my soul)

 with the fertile vibrations

 of a nurturing conscious spirit

Revealing illusion...offering seeds of insight

Releasing the grip so stubborn the ego

 Blessed be blessed be thy precious amigo

Feeling the love of gods holy land 

Taking so gently the open hand of 

a brother, a father ,a sister, a nurturing mother 

And dancing into the now that's been given

There are 

great and conscious

people all over this world,

 willing,readied and desiring 

to do what is necessary

 for the sake of others, who care 

about humanity and this planet.

There are super moms everywhere

(though exhausted they may be)

who tend to their children with such

muscle and grit ,able to nurture 

and protect, comfort and correct 

with extraordinary patients.

I bow to the goddess within them.

And as I meet along the way, 

strangers with warm and open smiles, 

offering to help me over and over

and really meaning, it connects

 me with a universal purity of heart,

I can feel beating with a passion for this world.

I maintain that the light shines on ever so brightly.

And I know in my soul that spirit within fuels the lamp.
