"Wow Them Holy"

A Prayer a Day

04/28/2022

Step up to the plate

Swing it out of the park

Deep dive into the waves of spirit

Reach into the mystery

Put on your dancing feet

Waltz across this earth with gratitude

Practice

Practice Practice

Wow them Holy... Ode to Carnegie Hall

Goals

Intentions

Wishes Dreams

How about peace

How about harmlessness

How about mindfulness

How about compassion

How about love

How about generosity of heart

"In My Opinion"

A Prayer a Day

04/27/2022

An opinion is simply an opinion

It is not the be all and the end all

Some days it comes down to

a personal sensation or point of view

or the roots planted (as absolute)

of an imposed moral code

Two looking in the same

direction may subscribe to

the exact opposite realities

The truth of

most circumstances

is (in my opinion)

a matter of perception

Mortal reality can be tricky

Somedays it surfaces

through a subjective filter

of a chaotic moment or a confused mood

In my opinion truth reveals itself

in deep breaths of stillness

"Flame Bearing Light"

A Prayer a Day

04/26/2022

Light knows the way

Light owns the day

Light finds the pathways of innocence

With compassion and dare

Love delivered you here

As a flame bearing light of the soul

"Of The Here and Now"

A Prayer a Day

04/25/2022

I have been delivered into a new day

Another opportunity to learn

something more about

myself and life

Eyes opening wider

Mind sharpening

Heart beating 3/4 time

Lungs breathing in the

miracle of nature's oxygen

Feeling the embrace of spirit

Loving being alive

More than grateful

In the silence

of the here and now

front of the other

mother father

sister brother

including

of course

every other

take the time

take the chance

join the circle

do the dance

pray and play

laugh and leap

whole-heartedly

dive in deep

"The Questions"

A Prayer a Day

04/23/2022

What are

the questions

needing to be asked

What are the prayers

needing to be prayed

What are the words

needing to be written

What are

the pathways

needing to be taken

What are the songs

needing to be sung

What is

the truth that

aches to be shared

"Sacred Seed"

A Prayer a Day

04/22/2022

Steady as you go

Keep moving forward

Keep breathing deeply

Keep reaching with hope

Keep musing with creativity

Keep leaning into the light

Pray now

For all the world

Oh ye' lovers of life

In the name of peace

Praise now the

divinity of nature

Honor the

sacred seed

of every

living

soul
