A Prayer a Day

We have all heard
“No pain no gain”
And yes...we know life can be and has been
in many a mortal experience, difficult and often painful.
But it is not the only school room intended.
Pain is not the only guru!
There are other ways for us to grow....divorced of suffering.
No pain…. I say good!
No pain….I say even better!
Pray we walk our paths with temperaments of levity and love.
Pray this life we learn to flow in rivers of ease.
May we find ourselves floating on attitudes of gratitude.
Rather than pushing the river within....let us wisely
surrender to that which is natural and free in us.
May we all arrive at the gates of our
own heavens realized beyond our pain....transformed.
