 flow….. allow them to become a sacred river of truth

When there is yearning to share from a place of deep feelings,

 let them skip freely over life’s road with holy vitality

Being human is soulful work 

Being mortal demands minds that stretch with reason

in bodies that act with courage, kindness and compassion

Self being loyal 

Respectful of others

Humble

Graceful

Strong of heart

Fearing not the face of truth 

Being lifted in spirit’s expression

Never arresting the impulse to love

We never know the extent to which we affect others,

and there is no doubt, none, that we all on-goingly levy

our personal vibrations, (consciously or not)

 upon the energy field of the collective.

If each of us were to give full focus to the quality of the emotional

 and mental material we place into the hands of our daily influences, 

with the intention to inspire creative seeding, 

only to act with a compassionate loyalty to harmlessness, 

we just might key a truly splendid way to co-exist. 

I pray this day for wise minds to be born anew. 

I pray this day for an expanded heartfelt 

serenity to lead the WE paradigm.

I pray this day that we learn to live with the deepest 

respect for the SPIRIT that IS AT THE CORE OF US, AS US,

wide awake to polish “cleanly lovingly supreme” our collective aura.

With open mouth and bright surprise

And not quite focused diamond eyes

With fingers small and prints unique

Into earth’s realm a howling squeak

Flaring

Bearing

Crying

Daring

Airing…..on the side of love

Trimming

Brimming

Swimming into a sea of life

Man Woman Son Daughter

Heaven knows what comes of water

What be the order of it all 

Body catching angels fall

Longing claiming every breathe

Grace to witness every death

 I have danced with these feet on soft gentle grasses, 

rocky mountain roads, concrete pavement, and sweeping shores.

I’ve been up and down and all around this wonderful reality. 

I have had days with but 50 cents in pocket

 and days when every need was magically fulfilled. 

Never knowing what will be coming, I prefer to maintain an optimism, appreciating the opportunities I have been given to explore more of life.

What will today uncover?

What good can I impart?

 What carelessness in me might need correction?

Life is impossibly insecure and dramatically dynamic.

I am glad to be here in it NOW.

Every day I remind myself that some day I will not be here in this body, in this form, in this way,  and I let myself feel and honor that. 

I take it in me deeply.

 I let it brew. I practice. I let myself really face to feel 

that my time on earth is temporary. 

I practice letting go with grace.

 I practice dropping this space suit.

And I remind myself that breath is sacred and all of life is divine.

How many go rounds on the wheels of conflict ?

How many more rotations of cold, hard, steel wheels of war?

Let us pray for peaceful solutions.

Let us honor those who have perished.

Let us remember the children, every mother and father, sister

 and brother, uncle and cousin and aunt,every animal, plant and tree. 

Every breath of the fresh- air- living -breeze.

The oceans and the rivers, the suns and the moons.

The reasons and the privileges of every being here on earth.

Pray we understand….that we are love.

Pray we gather here…. to become more love. 

Let us call to the unseen to be fortified in the arms of spirit,

asking that humankind be elevated to master collectively

 the skill-sets necessary…… born of sacred intelligence.

From this day forward may we act with a greater sight,

 shimmering in the vortex of the living light.
