"Center Stage"

A Prayer a Day

It is when we are born and when we die that
“that which is REAL” stands center stage.
And it is in-between birth and death
that all the stories are told.
And each story is a life.
And each life is precious.
And each self is a unique universe
connected to every other self.
The mystery that we are eternally
seeking to comprehend breathes us
and dances us through this glorious cosmos.
May we make the most of this
space and time that so fleetingly passes.
May we gather our mortal selves to manifest
in the name of unconditional compassion.
May we collectively recognize and remember,
we are all in the same boat, wanting the same things, as we dive into the core river of our very beings, we reach to be loved and to express our love.
So this day may we breathe a bit more freely
and see a bit more clearly and embrace
the truth and reason we are here,
learning to give and receive love.
May it always be about love and may it continue
to be the story told on the main stage of humanity.
