as to what not to repeat
 that hurt that broke your heart
that stopped your body dancing
 Be good to yourself
for it encourages
your impulses
to treat others lovingly
 If you must repeat anything
 repeat
the kiss
 the hug
 the tenderness of words
 the kindness of intentions
