A Prayer a Day

Oh to the clarity and wholesome
sensations of an ice cold glistening stream,
her currents, her rippling rhythms
and her dances lit divine
Oh to the
sweet songs of the winged
vibrating into the morning hours,
towering high on nature’s breath,
breezing through the mothering trees
To those long ago memories, that linger fair,
linger there by the banks of the river,
whispering with such tenderness
“What is the reason for living’
but to feel and flow with every
moment of natures giving.”
