When there are
Butterflies in my belly
Ripples of fear in my gut
Disappointment in my heart
Apprehension in my thinking
My spirit rises up to remind me
To remember
To recall
The holy connection
Forever readied to be
Summoned from within
The source of my being
The vibrations of the divine
Remembering
Where I've come from
What I am made of
The seed of the mystery
The voice of the sacred
The energy of the eternal
And I breathe in and I let go the chaos
And I still my body for a beat
And I hear the music of the spheres
And I feel one with all that is love
