A Prayer a Day

As I enter
depths of stillness
when meditating
colors come to comfort me
flowing in rippling whirl pools of
purples and greens
violets and pinks
golden white and blue /hues
Swirling around
Soothing the wounded parts of me
Quieting the inner disturbances
Silencing the noisey mind chatter
Calming, healing and leading
me further within toward
a sanctuary of balance
refining my beingness
at the altar of peace
