When fires rise way too high
When dreams we carry seem to die
When the earth spits angrily
churning, turning up her soil
When precious crops
of labor dry up and spoil
It's life...get down
It's strife...go 'round
It's a karmic, darmic
rollercoaster ride
It's the changing, rearranging
undercurrents, oceans' tide
It's the shifting, lifting from above
Pray the key to bearing
the jaws of life... is love
