We seem
to base our earthly
realities gazing through
filtered perceptions with
fixed opininated differences
Battling
for
first
position
Yearning
for the
reassurance
of
belonging
Selectively listening
Scouting for agrreement
Soldiering our positions
Musing the when, where, how
to make a move and win
Hopefully unveiling our personal ideas of truth
Running into obstacles
Subjectively polarizing
our human doings with
passion and emotion
I pray this day
we choose
pathways of love
that will take us
into the
clarity
of
light
