A Prayer a Day

What is it
going to take
to stop humankind
from warring
to be
lifted from
all the nightmares
fostered and seeded
in love-less-ness,
egoic power and greed
I pray this day for the spiritual
intervention and divine grace
of the Holy Mother
As we together cry out
into the here and now
No more bombs
No more guns
No more killing
