kindhearted arms, to be guided 

on paths of honesty , 

compassion

unconditional love

May those who are leaving 

us this day make their way 

through the holy veils of many 

imaginings, to depart fearlessly 

with grace and divine innocence

Able with ease to let go to flow 

into, new worlds

 of wonder 

and 

bliss

Finding their way 

back to the light

Into the source

Returned to the arms 

of the holy mother

Missing the many who 

have gone through the veil 

into spirit world 

and I muse

as I take 

another

 breath

of

 privileged

 existence

What might they be thinking

 about the crazy makers on this planet

And if by chance one or a few among them 

could communicate to advise us as to how

 to proceed to creatively counteract the madness 

and restore balance to humankind and mother nature

on rivers of divine vibrations

Breathing in Breathing out 

I remain aware of the steady 

loyal living beat of my human heart

I am humbled in good fortune

My eyes see 

My ears hear

My body moves

My mind thinks 

Each day offers anew 

Riding waves of creativity

Delighted to be able to love

And to be so well loved

Every breath taken in the 

here and now is demanding 

the prowess of spiritual muscle

The world is changing 

rapidly in unexpected ways,

seemingly disrupting corrupting 

basic values and negatively affecting

 the collective heart and soul

Oh that love could but

chase the blues away 

Making way 

for compassion 

for common sense

for kindness and dignity

for the manifestation of true peace

Oh that the stubborn, fixed and

righteous body/mind give an ear to the voice

of wisdom, sanity and emotional intelligence ,

riding the vibrations of wholesome flexibility, 

creative thought and selfless problem solving

On the wings of grace so be it
