One breath at a time
One foot in front of the other
One heartbeat then another
One word of clarity and kindness
Love unconditionally shared
Soothing the troubled body/mind
One hand of warmth into another
One gentle kiss and then a tender hug
One idea brilliant to solve the problem
One two three four or more
heroes in the room whispering
echos of refinement
To the spirit within that rescues truth
