We call upon
the highest and holiest
of mystical, magical, miraculous
spiritual beings, to come guide us
in a healing, as a species
Quelling our rage
Mitigating the fear
thrashing about
in our bones
As we may invite the hands of kindness
and peace to divinely mend our broken hearts
Finding a true balance in body, mind and spirit
Choosing the grace of love above all other states of being
