A Prayer a Day

In the
stillness I am
reaching within
to identify the feelings
I am now feeling.
Paying respectful
attention to the
vibrations
I know I will be
carrying forward
this day and sending out
into the arenas of life
that inevitably will
touch others.
Understanding
that my
energy
(along with everyone else’s)
has a rippling affect and makes a difference
I wish to be conscious
about the quality
of the
difference,
if at all possible.
It’s about fine tuning myself, I figure,
to the best of my ability… as a human.
