Do you have the courage
to ask for what you need?
Do you nurture your self worth?
Are you guided more by your heart or your mind?
Do you allow yourself to sustain happy feelings?
Do you care a little too
much about what others think?
Do you honor your truth?
How far will you travel within to get past fixed
thinking into the “grand land”
of your soul’s vibration?
Are you willing to let go of what
no longer serves your growth?
When was the last time you had a creative impulse
that led you deeply to a satisfying manifestation?
Are you willing to lend yourself to this world as a light carrier purposefully and wholesomely elevating humanity?
Do you belly laugh enough?
How often do you take your body dancing?
Are you committed to love?
Do you partner with your spirit at least
once a day in the stillness
of your meditative sanctuary?
Do you absolutely and genuinely like who you are?
When was the last time you hugged a tree?
When was the last time you....with a kind tenderness....let yourself be?
