To feel and then to go numb and then to feel again

To see and then to deny and then to see again

Seeking, reaching, sharing, caring, touching. daring 

Little by little, growing and sowing

Learning  that as the wheel of life 

turns and churns to activate

 our body/minds in experiences 

we inevitably are caused to

 shape shift our perceptions 

Wobbling at times 

in illusion and doubt

Compelled, life long to

 investigate, asking

"What is truth?"

Praying  that when it presents

 we hear it, bear it, and speak it

 with courage and the willingness 

to look it in the eye with acceptance.
