Spiritual discipline…an essential for self awareness.

Spiritual discipline…an essential for self awareness.
We were born disciples of our own spirits.
Our spirits shall never mislead us.
Our hearts shall always be sanctum
for the purity of love.
Our souls have journeyed to be here now intending to mine the miracles of life.
It is the discipline of spiritual practices
(whatever form they take)
that keep us primed and tuned into the inner voice of wisdom.

Our practices still the chaos and quiet
the noisy minds.
Meditation….Oh sweet healer…inspire in us clarity and inner peace.
We fall….yes
Then we get up
We fight …..yes
Then we forgive
We fear….yes
Then we remember
We are each wholly encouraged to choose
the light paths of the ancient wise ones.
AH! SIMPLICITY!
