Life expresses us
in so many different ways
Pray that we are open eyed and ready
Skillfully shall we catch every element she tosses
Oh fate be kind to each of us this day
Resilient may our bodies be
like the moving grace of willow tree
May our hearts grow abundantly
the seeds of wholly sanity
Fearlessly with love and joy
shall we ride through space and time
With the wisdom of the ages gathered
Honing sacred tools for spirits’ climb
