Can you release the noise-rattle in your head?
Can you allow yourself to be totally in the here and now to notice an instantaneous sharpening of your experiences.
For all too often we are distracted away from the present barely seeing life’s gifts before us.
How often do you let go of wanting to appreciate having….truly having ?
Oh to be HERE and ALIVE in each moment!
AWAKE resonating with the natural flow of the fruits of life.
Connected to pure heart energy.
With senses leaping in their fertile expressions.
And oh to know the luxury of an alert stillness, transported beyond any sense of limitation into realms
of divine realities, where colors swirl with beauty’s abundance and a holy sweetness whispers
“You are love.”
