 shall forever-more be born of sane and saintly sowing, harvesting in the collective psyche,

 whose lives have become so difficult 

that you have lost your enthusiasm

for getting up in the morning

May the flames of the Great Spirit rekindle in you

 an aliveness of innocence and a childlike wonder, 

installing once again your curiosity of mind and your will of heart.  

May an ease of grace fall upon you to lift your burdens and assist you in meeting every challenge with the strength of your sacred breath.

May miracle upon miracle arise in your reality

nurturing your mortal being with the milk of kindness flowing in you as divine intention and unconditional love.

Multitasking-distractions, 

I realize, are training me not to listen. 

The radio is on in background, 

and the computer is on in the foreground,

 the telephone is ringing,

 the kettle is screaming on the stove,

 my “monkey -mind” is ranting 

about this material world, 

 fussing about yesterdays and tomorrows 

and I am meowing with my cats......I’m bats! 

I pledge this day 

to get hold of myself

to focus my mind

and to 

live

deeply

into

the

 absoluteness 

of

 NOW......with a laser listening!
