Engaging in a walk about
Mindfulness of Zen
Sacred silence expunging doubt
Awake I AM...again

When “self” gets lost along the way
And ego’s messing up the day
With prayer and care and holy song
Transmute the right
Transmute the wrong

The sweetness of one’s inner sight
Does come to quell one’s mortal fight

As angels love god all the way
Hearts divine do bless the day
