I AM
 taking this moment
making room within
to own conscious thoughtfulness
for the next set of words that leave my mouth
Praying to increase awareness
Inviting my better self
Relaxing any tendency of mine
to ego judge myself or anyone else
Focusing my heart self
Seeking with deeper eyes
Listening with beginner's ears
 to hear the wise voice of spirit
May she strengthens
my soul for this world
