A Prayer a Day

There are days when this earthly journey feels like a continuum
of circling the drain, for the insanity that activates and destroys brethren and justifies killing and cruelty and oppression.
Many hearts are breaking into pieces with every tick of the clock and many feel as though they are in a dark dream unable to wake.
Thank god for the power of prayer...And it does have power!
And meditation is the holy road back to the authentic self, where inner sight becomes clearer and creative solutions do manifest.
Communing with nature
dancing singing chanting
hugging one another
making love
offering oneself
helping others
rebooting
harmlessness
and
courage
collectively
Reminding each other that the pathway
to our humanity healing, is seeded
from within a sacred stillness.
