Change is a constant
no doubt, year after year
While the same old, same old
flows on and feels to hold steady to my bones,
a restlessness of spirit pinches the finer fibers
of my soul in and out of time
Wanting to unwind
the puzzle, the muzzle
of a deeper expression
depression
pressures
slightly
though she never gets the better of me
The avatar within practices to see the pure the true reality
Passing by all demonstrations of feckless reckless mentality
Lo and behold I am grateful to be
Afloat and a flow in a magical sea
Born of the mother of the great mystery
